Product Description

A novel method to aid eruption of partially erupted teeth within one visit. Partially erupted teeth can be bonded without the need for full eruption.

The Esmail Eruptor eyelet is offset from the bonding pad allowing the tooth to be bonded as soon as it erupts but still allows full activation of the NiTi wire.

The single tube allows full activation in one visit, while the double tube allows sequential activation, perfect for those high canines which may need to be moved in stages

No need for constant repositioning of the bracket which only allows 1-2mm of eruption.
80-guage mesh base.
Ideal for canines and second premolars.

I very much enjoy efficient orthodontic treatment, no patient wants their braces to be on longer then they need to and I am always looking at ways to improve the efficiency of my treatment. One clinical scenario I was getting really frustrated with was partially erupted teeth either canine teeth or second premolars, where only the tip of the enamel has just erupted. I have tried bending an offset and adding elastic chain to the eyelet or placing the wire above the bracket, but all options were slow and time consuming.

The issue is the ideal position for bracket placement was still under the gingivae, I therefore decided to invent an offset eyelet to allow much greater activation of the NiTi wire to allow much quicker eruption.

I hope you find this product as useful in your clinical practice as I have found it in mine.
