Product Description

This advanced course is designed for orthodontists who wish to expand their expertise in the use of Temporary Anchorage Devices (TADs) and broaden their treatment capabilities. Participants will develop practical skills in TAD placement and positioning, effective laboratory communication, digital appliance design, indirect anchorage concepts, and MARPE protocols, while learning how to incorporate contemporary digital workflows into everyday clinical practice.

Combining evidence-based lectures, interactive clinical case discussions, and hands-on exercises, the programme provides a comprehensive overview of modern TAD-supported orthodontic treatment. By the end of the course, attendees will have gained practical protocols that can be confidently integrated into daily practice.

Dr. Fady Hussein Fahim

BDS, MSc, PhD, MOrth RCSEd, FDS RCSEd

Dr Fady is an international speaker with more than 20 years experience in Orthodontics. He obtained four postgraduate degrees in Orthodontics including his Masters degree, PhD, Membership and Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh.

Dr Fady is currently Associate Professor of Orthodontics at Cairo University and also runs his own private practice – Perla Dental Clinic in Cairo. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists. Dr Fady specialises in skeletal anchorage, digital orthodontics, clear aligners, orthognathic surgery as well as cleft lip and palate.
